Incident Report

Andrews University offers resources and support to all University community members experiencing concerns of sexual harassment which include, sexual assault, quid pro quo harassment, relationship violence,  stalking, and sexual exploitation. We encourage you to make us aware of these concerns so that we can offer support and resources to you and/or those involved. This form can be used by any member of the Andrews University community (or non-community member) to report a concern of sexual harassment in which anyone involved is a member of the Andrews University community. If this is an emergency, please call 911.
