EEFHT Patient Experience Survey

6.What is the typical length of time you have to wait between when you want an appointment with your provider and when you actually get the appointment?

12.The East End Family Health Team is seeking patients who are interested in becoming members of our Patient Advisory Committee, a group that meets several times throughout the year to help us improve the care we provide to our patients. Interested patients can email EEFHTfrontdesk@northern.on.ca to learn more, or they can come to the East End Family Health Team to fill out an application form.
