Thank you for your interest in renting our facilities.
Please review our rental policy and fees before submitting an application. Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our staff. You will hear back from someone within 2 business days regarding your application.
Rental Policy
Food & Beverage: The sanctuary is to be used for sacred services only. No food or beverages (except water) is permitted in the sanctuary at any time. No pork, pork products, seafood or kimchi is to be served on campus. Alcohol is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited inside any facility and around entrances. Smoking is allowed in the parking lot as long as all cigarette butts are disposed of properly.
Conduct: The renter is responsible to ensure appropriate conduct is maintained by all in attendance and that all adhere to the instructions received from the Rental Facilitator.
Rental Space: Rental parties are to use only the specified rental space and will be charged an additional fee for usage of any areas not specifically rented.
Candles/Decorating: Only dripless candles with holders are to be used. No staples, tacks, sticky compounds or non-removable tape is to be used on any church furniture, especially pews. No tape of any kind is to be used on the walls, ceiling, carpeting or pew fabric. All sprinkler heads must be left free of any decorative items. Only synthetic rose petals are allowed. Throwing confetti, birdseed, etc., is not permitted. Rice may be permitted outside with prior approval. Please note that you may lose a portion of your security deposit for cleaning purposes if you use rice. Please note that the organ cannot be moved, and the piano cannot be moved off the stage.
Clean Up: The facility and surrounding areas must be left clean. In the gym all tables, counters, sinks and stoves are to be washed off. The kitchen and gym floor must be cleaned. Tables and chairs are to be stored under the gym stage unless otherwise indicated. All carpet must be vacuumed. All trash must be disposed of in our dumpster. All furniture must be returned to its original location.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be made 90 prior to the reservation date. Any cancellation made within 90 days of the reservation date will result in loss of ½ of the total rental fee.
Legal Notice: If you incur additional costs during the wedding/event, you are expected to make full payment of any outstanding balances. Failure to pay any remaining balance shall be placed with an attorney for collections with all collection costs to be paid by the renter.
