Introduction

When looking at reimagining what GMT’s service looks like in reaction to financial pressures, it is important that the agency lay out its high-level service principles. We are looking to gather feedback from our riders on those service principles. This survey aims to provide a framework for staff and the GMT Board on network design decisions that will be part of a suite of factors that will be used when evaluating service.

Research has shown that the seven values transit passengers have when taking the bus are:
 - It takes me to where I want to go
 - It takes me when I want to go
 - It is a good use of my time
 - It is a good use of my money
 - It respects me in the level of safety, comfort, and amenity it provides
 - I can trust it
 - It gives me freedom to change my plans.

We hope to keep those values front and center when looking at restructuring service.
