HSU - private pathology survey: Have your say and set out standards and changes you want to see!

For years, workers across the pathology sector have said the industry needs to change and put you first.

In a recent union survey over 89% of workers said they don’t feel valued and respected by your employers and 75% said they have considered leaving the industry in the past 12 months.

It’s clear that the pathology sector workforce is undervalued and frustrated. Things need to change to bring respect and value of workers back into the industry.

All pathology sector workers are asked to take the time to complete this survey because you know the industry best and what needs to change.

This survey will create a list of standards and changes we want to see happen across the entire sector.
