The appeal committee is chaired by the Chief Operations Officer at the RBA. The participants include RBA staff, and an independent third-party. The mechanism will rely on expert guidance through previous committee decisions, regulatory requirements and the RMI standards. Please allow at least 20 working days to get a final response on submitted appeals.

If you need to attach additional evidence please submit via email referring the assessment G -RM or G-DAP number in the subject line to rmiassessment@responsiblebusiness.org.

The chair may vote where there is no majority, or expert present at the meeting, in order to avoid any deadlock.

Appeals for assessments will be only admitted if the assessment report was completed within the previous 10 days to the date of submission.


The decision of the committee is final.
