Eligible organizations can apply for a Free OCMS License!
OCMS is your sector preferred client management system developed with and for you. It is a cloud-based system that gives agencies control of their data. We invite you to take advantage of the key features of our service:
- Detailed real-time reports on individual and group activities that can be easily exported in a variety of formats for direct submission to iCARE or for further analysis.
- Online videos including professional care by our support staff that included monthly Q & A webinars.
- Everything is on-line, no need to download or install any program.

- OCMS is available in English and French
- All new OCMS agencies receive a comprehensive online training session, access to microlearning modules, our extensive knowledge base and a complete certificate-base training.
OCASI is pleased to invite eligible member agencies to submit an application for one (1) free OCMS license for up to five (5) years with access to a maximum of five (5) users. For the purpose of the OCMS free license, "smaller agencies" is defined as agencies with yearly budget below $1 million.
Please note: agencies granted an OCMS free license, will need to confirm that their annual funding budget is under $1 million every year for five consecutive years. If funding increases to more than 1 million a year, the agency will lose the option to use the system for free and will need to pay OCMS regular fees or access will be removed.
