See you on Tuesday! Early registration for the Oct. 8 Career Connections Hiring Event at CareerSource Gulf Coast is now closed. You may register at the event on Tuesday, but we encourage you to arrive early to give yourself ample time to finish the registration process and meet with employers. The event is at 625 Hwy 231 in Panama City (in the Mariner's Plaza on the corner of 19th St.) You may arrive as early as 8 a.m. to register. The event starts at 9:30 a.m., lasting until 11 a.m. If you are a veteran, military spouse, or actively receiving career services from our career managers, you may have priority entrance at 9 a.m. To expedite your entrance, you may create/update your profile on https://EmployFlorida.com. This is an important tool our staff and approved employers use to refer and match you to jobs, so please ensure your contact information, experience, education, certifications, and skills are current. Without updated information, it could delay the referral process, as your background must show that you meet the minimum qualifications. Questions? Please give us a call at (850) 872-4340 Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., or stop by the Panama City CareerSource Gulf Coast Job Center, 625 Hwy 231. We look forward to meeting you!
