Contact's Building Questionnaire

Contact is working on a proposal to make improvements to the building’s interiors and external appearance.

We really need your help to identify issues you have with the building, so please take 5 minutes to answer this short 1 page survey.

To thank you for taking part we will enter you in a prize draw for 5 pairs of tickets to see the Contact Young Actor's Company brilliant new show, Runaway Shadows, running from 13th- 15th December - just add your email address at the end of the survey!
