This is the sign up sheet for the below classes being offered by NCPAC.

Once you have signed up, all the information that you need for the classes that you have signed up for will be sent to the email that you provide. In addition, an invoice will be sent for payment. Invoice and information will be sent to you by March 20th.

3 hours – $60 Member, $75 Non-member
4 hours – $80 Member, $100 Non-member
7 hours – $140 Member, $175 Non-member

Your membership will be verified and an invoice will be sent to the email address at the top of the sign up.
