PSAP/ECC Virtualization Survey
This survey is coming from the IJIS (Integrated Justice Information Systems Institute) Emergency Communications Center Evolution Working Group and should take no more than 8 minutes to complete. IJIS is a nonprofit alliance working to promote and enable technology in the public sector and expand the use of information to maximize safety, efficiency, and productivity.
The coronavirus pandemic has forced Emergency Communications Centers (ECCs) to adapt their response to an ever-changing environment. We are cognizant that everyone's time is valuable and no one needs another survey to fill out. Our purpose for the data collection is to identify what Public Safety is doing to enable remote operations. At the end of our data collection, we hope to make available to all Public Safety entities a series of best practices and lessons learned from across the country.
