At the Valuation Office Agency, we're improving the digital services that we provide and we are starting with those that support the work of rent officers.
The information that you provide in this survey will help our Digital Team to understand how people use the digital services so that we may make them better and easier to use. We will also give you the opportunity to be more involved in the design by taking part in further user research in the future.
Information that you share with us will only be used to support the design and improvement of digital services provided by the Valuation Office Agency. Please do not include any personal or sensitive information in your answers.
