Welcome to the Transitions for Post-Secondary Pathways Survey!

The Transitions for Post-Secondary Pathways is a collaborative initiative led by Rise In STEM and youth in the North Etobicoke community.

This anonymous survey is focused on understanding your experiences preparing for post-secondary education, challenges you have faced so far, and to learn about your ideas for programs and resources to support youth in the community.

The information gathered from this work will be used to strengthen and inform upcoming programs and initiatives at Rise In STEM. We hope that findings can serve as an advocacy tool to improve educational outcomes for youth across the Greater Toronto Area.
