The National Community Action Partnership is pleased to offer the Weatherization Leadership Development Community of Practice (WLDCOP), a unique cohort-based learning experience designed to help Weatherization subgrantees select, develop, and retain the Weatherization leaders of tomorrow through a comprehensive peer-to-peer cohort model.
This first leadership cohort will provide 20 to 25 participants with curriculum, exercises, and collaboration with subject matter experts to maximize long-term growth through coaching, group projects and interactive discussions. A particular emphasis will be placed upon utilizing the four quadrants of adult learning: theoretical knowledge, practical skills development, case study analysis, and lived experiential learning constructs. Designed to empower crew members, crew leaders, intake specialists, and other weatherization team members to become the leaders of tomorrow.
