Introduction

This survey is open to all operators of HGVs servicing London. It follows the Joint Industry Survey issued in January 2024 to provide an updated picture on sector’s ability to implement the new DVS Progressive Safe System (PSS) requirement.

Following your feedback to the Joint Industry Survey, the RHA has secured clarifications to the PSS technical specifications – updated versions published by Transport for London on 31st May 2024 can be found here.

With these clarifications in place, the RHA encourages you to complete this second anonymous survey so that we can have conversations with TfL on an appropriate “grace period” following implementation from 28th October 2024.
