2020 Maintenance Appreciation Awards

Celebrate the hard work and dedication shown by maintenance professionals in multifamily! For the sixth year, IAA is promoting five maintenance-focused award categories. The Maintenance Appreciation Awards were created to recognize excellence and leadership in the maintenance sector of the multifamily industry. These awards celebrate the hard work these individuals do on a daily basis. Award nominations are open to any maintenance staff even if they are not participating in the maintenance mania games.

Winners will be presented during the Maintenance Appreciation & Maintenance Mania awards program on April 21, 2020 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
