NM School-Based Health Center (SBHC) Interest Survey

We are currently surveying the field to gauge interest in SBHCs in communities throughout the state of New Mexico. We are asking school superintendents, administrators and principals to complete this survey.

Also, of note, the NM Department of Health - Office of School and Adolescent Health currently has an open Request for Application (RFA) process for SBHC funding, with applications due on May 15th. While there may be limited time for your school to participate if you don't already have a medical operator that is ready to apply, please do not hesitate to reach out to NMASBHC if you have any questions about the RFA.
