Notes for us:
GDS Contracts develop in two phases to allow for program development, save the date agreements will be sent out as soon as booking starts this summer, and then formal contracts which will be signed in January after registration closes and dates are finalized. We will update you of any anticipated changes after reservations. The formal contract will outline the final total rate of pay for the project and will double as the invoice for the project so you are paid on site.
