This questionnaire seeks to collect information about preparedness of recent graduate occupational therapists (therapists commencing practice in between 2011 and now) from University of Sydney programs. When answering this questionnaire, please think about one individual recent graduate from the University of Sydney you supervise or manage. If you supervise / manage more than one recent graduate occupational therapist from the University of Sydney, please consider completing one questionnaire for each.
