FY 2023 REBC Grant Application 1. Welcome Georgia DOT is now accepting applications for the 2023 Roadside Enhancement and Beautification Council (REBC) Grant. Any organization, local government, or state agency may apply for grants for landscape enhancement of the state right-of-way.Tips on Successfully Completing the REBC Application Please view the REBC landscape grant program presentation Review the application submittal checklist Remember to have your local governing authority complete and sign the REBC resolution. Be sure you have all the required documents completed and ready for upload PRIOR to filling out the application.
