Exhibitor Information
Thanks for enquiring to become an exhibitor at our MHF Outdoor Expo March 2nd 2024.
To attend this event it is a requirement of Mansfield Shire Council that each vendor must have public liability insurance with a minimum cover of $20million.
Insurance Certificate of Currency for Public Liability and Product Liability for the Market

The event will be held in the main street of Mansfield in the median strip on High street, outdoors. The event will run from 9:00am - 3:00pm. One day only.
Set up time for exhibitors can commence from 5:00am Saturday March 2nd.
Stalls will be numbered and there will be staff from Mansfield Hunting & Fishing to help guide you into your space.
Exhibitor fee only covers your site. You need to supply your own gazebo/marquee, tables, chairs, signs etc.
NOTE: We CANNOT use pegs or stakes to hold down tents etc as there is power and irrigation running through the main street. So you will need to use weighted bags to keep items in place.

Please specify if you need a powered site as there are limited spaces available. So first in best dressed.
NOTE: Tested and Tagged Certificates for electrical needs.
Mansfield Hunting & Fishing will be advertising this event in the paper, relevant magazines, social media and online.
Please supply any logos for marketing material.
