The City of Rockaway Beach is beginning the process of creating a five-year strategic plan. We want to make Rockaway Beach an even better place to live, work, visit, and play for all members of our community for years to come, and we want to make sure your voice is heard.
The five-year strategic plan plays a key role in how we, as an organization, align existing initiatives, department work, City Council priorities, and organization and community needs with the City’s budget to result in a plan that enables us to meet the service needs of the Rockaway Beach community. To ensure the plan reflects the organization and community, we are committed to significant community and employee engagement.
