School Reopening Survey

After extensive collaboration, consultation, and research, the Superintendent of Schools for Lake Forest has recommended we start the 2020-2021 school year in the remote (online ) learning environment. To supplement the online instruction, families will be offered face to face support in their home school. This approach will be offered using the “Hybrid” approach where your child would essentially be learning online but have scheduled opportunities to interact with a classroom teacher. This will most likely occur Monday through Thursday, every other week with everyone in Lake Forest schools being in remote learning on Fridays.

In order to determine how much face to face time we can support, we need to know how many families wish to participate in the hybrid learning model and how many families prefer the fully remote (online) model. Please respond to the below survey by Thursday, 8/13 so we can create our schedules based on your needs. Please complete one survey for each student you have in our system.
