The RAISE York Family Hub Network have a commitment to the continuing learning and development offer to the children’s workforce, so we are keen to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of this resource in order to continue with its development for future users.

It would be very helpful if you could take a short amount of time to complete this Impact Assessment Questionnaire so we can ensure that future content remains relevant, accessible and of use to individuals and teams working with children & families in York.

Please evaluate the pack as a whole including the bitesize narrative in each section, the recommended training and the links to additional resources and sources of further information.
