We want to hear from you about your experiences of delivering Reading Ahead, so we can report on the scale and impact of the programme.

What will this information be used for?
  • Data on the reach and impact of our programmes is extremely important for understanding and demonstrating their value. We will use your feedback to shape the development of Reading Ahead to make sure it is the best it can be.
  • We will produce and share an evaluation report with compelling, evidence-based statements you can use to highlight the impact your work is doing.
  • The completion rates recorded in this form will be used to award gold, silver and bronze awards to those organisations with the highest numbers of completers.
Please note: you will need your registration data to hand to fill in this form (for example, participant numbers and demographics). As long as you are using the same device, you have the option to save your responses and return later to finish.

The deadline for submitting feedback is 5.00pm 28 July 2022. The results of this survey will be published on our website by September 2022.
