RAD and Totten Training systems are partnering up to create the most effective, science-based Mobility, Recovery, and Injury Reduction Training System for weightlifting athletes and coaches. Optimum performance and continual improvement requires attention to these aspects of training but they are often neglected.
This program will be recorded ahead of time and will be offered as a go-at-your-own-pace online course. Throughout the online experience, you can expect to learn and have hands-on practice with:
• RAD's internationally-known mobility and recovery tools and evidence-based techniques that can be used in your warm up to prep the body for the high levels of performance you'll be demanding, as well as specific techniques used in the cool down to enhance the recovery process so you feel better faster and can return to the gym sooner.
