The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is gathering information from entities in the North Central Texas region on their water quality related initiatives to document efforts made to improve water quality since the 2013 adoption of the Greater Trinity River Implementation Plan (I-Plan).

The feedback received from this questionnaire will help guide the development of future projects and workshop topics for the TMDL program.

Who can submit a questionnaire response?
More than one questionnaire can be submitted from each respondent. NCTCOG encourages entities to submit more than one questionnaire as necessary to ensure the correct staff is able to provide information for their respective departments.
