Experience LINX is an experiential leadership development program offered to senior leaders to deepen leadership knowledge, increase confidence for navigating and influencing systemic change, and enable them to lead others effectively. This program is designed for VCH Directors, within the first 5 years of their role ,as well as select VCH Managers. Candidates demonstrate a commitment to challenging the status quo, fostering change-driven creativity, seeking ideas, and actively contributing to systemic change towards a shared vision of the future.
