Employee Rewards aka "Cheers for Peers"

The goal of Cheers for Peers is to reward co-workers for their positive impact at work.
 
We understand the desire to award the entire staff, but this program may not be the best avenue to do that. Please nominate individual contributors or small groups (under 8).
