Queensland Writers Centre –
Event Proposals/Expression of Interest

Queensland Writers Centre presents a diverse annual Program of events, workshops and courses on the art, craft and business of writing.

We are committed to providing the best possible learning opportunities for our members, writers and workshop attendees across a range of writing interests; to this end, we encourage expressions of interest and workshop proposals from established writers and industry professionals with tutoring experience and strong knowledge in the area of the proposed event. Queensland Writers Centre defines an established writer as someone with considerable professional experience, peer recognition, and/or publication history.

For more reference on the kinds of events we typically program, and the format of your proposal, view our current schedule at queenslandwriters.org.au/whats-on.

If you would like to discuss your workshop proposal with a member of the team, contact us at program@qldwriters.org.au or call the Centre on (07) 3842 9922.

All proposals are kept on file for future workshop opportunities.
