Queensland Writers Centre –
Fellowship & Access Fund 2024

Queensland Writers Centre's Fellowship & Access Fund supports writers from diverse backgrounds and financially disadvantaged situations to access programs and services. The Fund is supported by donations.

Applications to the fund are open exclusively to members of Queensland Writers Centre, for subsidies of up to 50% on a variety of Queensland Writers Centre programs and services within the 2024 calendar year.

Applications close: Tues 5 Nov 2024.

Please note that applications are now closed; this form is provided for reference only.

For assistance with your application, please contact us at admin@qldwriters.org.au or call the Centre on (07) 3842 9922.

All applicants will be personally notified of the outcome of their application.

Applications will be assessed internally on an individual basis by QWC staff. No feedback will be provided or further correspondence entered into.

Applicants acknowledge that if successful, a minimum 50% co-contribution payment will be required within the 2024 calendar year (prior to the Centre's Christmas closure on 13 Dec) and prior to commencing services. All subsidised services will commence in 2024. Co-contributions replenish the Fellowship & Access Fund.

If applicable, successful applicants will be quoted for subsidised services based on their work-in-progress project, and may be requested to provide further information or writing samples.
