Project Details
San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) is studying the potential for bike share in Stockton. A bike share system is a network of shared bicycles available for short-term use, usually 15 to 45 minutes. A bike share system may be complemented by scooter share which offers electric-powered stand-up or seated scooters. You can check out a bicycle or scooter from locations around the city, ride to your destination, and then leave the device for someone else to use. Bike and scooter share programs aim to offer more transportation options and make it easier to get around your neighborhood without using a car.
