Annual Survey

We’re already seeing, more competition in a global market, online learning and communities, savvy consumers who’s demands are changing and increasing, general questioning over the value of higher education and a fast changing job market.

Add to that the fact that the Federal Minister of Education has put all universities on notice – become more efficient or lose funding and you have some definite drivers for change!

From managing student’s expectations, support models, processes, roles and responsibilities, response times, technology and priorities– almost everything will be turned on its head in the coming years.

This edition of the annual DVE survey seeks to delve into this more closely and will demonstrate where the bottlenecks are located and what improvements can be made by you, your team and your organisation. This information will be presented to senior leaders at conferences and events to ensure your voice is heard.
