Help the City of Mountlake Terrace Prioritize Strategies for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

The Mountlake Terrace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Commission and City Council initiated a DEI Strategic Action Plan to identify strategies with milestones for staff, the DEI Commission and the City Council to address over the next two to five years.

To support this effort, the city is seeking to understand community members experiences, opportunities, challenges and ideas about how to implement the mission of the DEI Commission:
To celebrate and promote a diverse, equitable & inclusive culture within the community; eliminate any form of actual or perceived discrimination; and help community members from all backgrounds to learn, grow & thrive.
