This year, we have grown significantly and have increased the number of programs to better cater to all our members' experience level; from university students, recent graduates to executives & C-Suite. We strive to create a tangible, positive impact in the Australian banking and finance industry that will lead to improved gender diversity and inclusive leadership practices across the sector.
