Scholarship Information

Description
Each year we award Ambassador Scholarships to assist individuals with the cost of their camp session. These scholarships are meant for folks who have a genuine financial need and are willing to serve as 'ambassadors' by sharing their experience with others in a public setting. Scholarship applications will be reviewed by our committee and awarded based on the individual's potential as an ambassador. Most scholarships are for $500. You can read more about our scholarships on our website.

Eligibility:
Everyone with financial need and willingness to serve as a Hog Island Ambassador are eligible! There are separate scholarship funds specifically for BIPOC individuals, so please make sure to indicate which scholarship you are applying to (BIPOC Scholarship or Ambassador Scholarship).
