2023 Sam Farr Award

Purpose of Award: The Sam Farr Award is presented annually at the UVC recognition dinner to a Monterey County business or organization that has donated its time, money and or services to causes supporting either veterans or active duty military. These entities may be Veteran Service Organizations or other private businesses or non-profits.
The nominations will be considered by the United Veterans Council Executive Committee following the September United Veterans Council Meeting. The winner will be notified and invited to attend the recognition dinner at the date and time appropriate for that year.
General: Please complete each field to the best of your ability. The contact information for both the Veteran and the nominator is extremely important to successfully process the nomination.
