College Access Institutional Partnership. Typically, these programs are operated by a host higher education campus and deliver traditional hands-on services such as academic, enrollment and financial aid advising for students and parents in concert with local K-12 schools and college access practitioners. Student Success Program. Typically, these programs offer auxiliary support services for students and families that encourage college-readiness, such as mentoring, tutoring, personal finance education, character development, communication skill-building and self-care. College Access Support Organization. Typically, these entities support efforts to eliminate barriers to college readiness and access, and seek opportunities to align with other agencies and programs that share that mission.
