We've had a wonderful year but with the festive season fast approaching we are now starting to plan for the end of the year and transition into the new year.
We are very excited to be welcoming you all back in 2017, and are looking forward to being part of your child's learning journey once again.
To help us with our planning we ask that you please complete this enrolment confirmation to secure your child's place in 2017.
The form is designed for you to provide information for each child you have in care, who is returning to the centre next year.
Each child will need to be added in separately with the opportunity to 'add another child' button at the end of the form.
