Events Uncovered is inviting expressions of interest from venues to host the event in June/July 2020.

Events Uncovered is an annual industry trade show and conference program dedicated to the events and entertainment industry. The one-day event comprises of an: exhibition, conference program and catered networking event with live entertainment.

Events Uncovered is designed to give the events industry professionals the opportunity to learn about new products and venues, meet with expert suppliers and gain insight into the latest industry trends.  The event is one day and expects a total attendance of between 500 – 600 people inclusive of delegates, exhibitors, speakers and staff.

Events Uncovered is open to partnering with the venue enabling cross promotion and joint marketing of Events Uncovered and the venue. 

Venues interested in hosting Events Uncovered 2020 are invited to submit an expression of interest by COB Friday 11th October 

To be considered the venue must meet the below minimum requirements and complete the expression of interest form below.

Venue Minimum Requirements        
  • Venue availability: Monday and Tuesday in late June or Monday and Tuesday in July 2020
  • One day full venue hire – An extra half day venue hire would be beneficial for early bump-in but not essential
  • Venue Capacity for 600 pax and additional space for minimum of 25 exhibition stands, stand size is approximately 3x3m
  • An additional conference or seminar room capacity 100 pax, preferably in classroom style, to facilitate a program of concurrent speaker sessions. This room must also be able to accommodate a full audio visual set up.
  • A separate space is also required, suitable for the networking event, able to accommodate 200 pax, live entertainment, catering and full audio visual set up.
  • All facilities located on a single level – Preferred but not essential
  • Loading dock and goods lift access (if applicable)
  • Liquor licence
  • Commercial kitchen
  • Commercial refrigeration 
  • Secure storage
  • Catering and beverage packages options
  • Accommodate exhibitors sampling food and beverages from their venues
  • Accommodate multiple audio visual set ups – either in built systems or space for this to be brought in and set up externally
  • Venue staff for duration of event
  • Security staff for duration of event
  • Wireless internet access available throughout the venue
