Northeast Minnesota HOME Consortium Survey

The Northeast Minnesota HOME Consortium is made up of the counties of Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, and St. Louis, excluding the city of Duluth. The Consortium is guided by a ten member Advisory Committee that includes a commissioner and a housing advocate from each county. The Consortium annually receives funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) used for housing development in all five counties.

We invite your input to housing needs and priorities in your community by completing this survey. Results from the survey will guide the HOME Consortium Advisory Committee as they review project applications for future use of HOME funding.
