BHC is committed to providing meaningful opportunities to hear from residents. We are excited to offer even more pathways for residents to engage with us and share their views, get involved in influencing policy, processes and procedures, provide genuine and meaningful feedback, and so much more! Our focus is on establishing a range of different ways for residents to engage which is more accessible to more people. We understand that attending an in-person meeting is not for everyone, and sometimes getting online can be a barrier, so we are offering multiple ways to get involved. You can join in with one, none, or all opportunities – it’s up to you!

ONLINE FEEDBACK
Residents can opt into online feedback and survey opportunities. Some examples include providing feedback on planned changes to operational procedures or processes, giving input on the design of new community posters and flyers, sharing feedback on recent events (e.g. the resident end of year celebration).

BHC will contact you by EMAIL when there are opportunities for feedback. You must have an email address to participate.

BHC anticipates at least 4 online feedback opportunities annually, depending on need. You can participate in as many or as few as you like.

FOCUS GROUPS
Residents can opt into in-person focus groups, to be held in various locations. Focus groups will be held by BHC to cover specific topics or themes. Topics may include future building designs, reviewing current processes or practices, exploring particular community themes or issues raised by residents or identified by BHC.

Focus groups are held IN-PERSON or, when required, via VIDEO-CONFERENCE. Please note focus groups may have a limit of participants or require a specific demographic (e.g. residents who have balconies or particular suburbs). BHC will contact interested residents by EMAIL or LETTER (based on your preference) to advise of upcoming opportunities and seek RSVPs.
