ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS - This committee coordinates and promotes all activities and events. Committee meets monthly.

AWARDS - This committee coordinates, reviews, and determines the recipients of the annual membership awards. Committee meets several times from January - April

COMMUNITY INVESTMENT - This committee identifies and reviews non-profit groups in Kent and Queen Anne's Counties for annual donations. Committee meets as needed.

EDUCATION - This committee works to develop educational training, seminars, and make available ongoing CE classes for member license renewal. Committee meets monthly.

LEGISLATIVE - This committee reviews upcoming legislation at the local and state level that pertains or impacts real estate or the real estate industry. Committee reviews proposed legislation from January thru April and then as needed.

MEMBERSHIP - This committee promotes membership of new Affiliates and REALTOR members. Committee meets monthly.

RPAC (REALTOR Political Action Committee) - This committee educates the membership on the benefits and importance of RPAC to the housing industry. Committee meets monthly.

STRATEGIC PLANNING - This committee shall formulate the Strategic Plan as a guide for the Association's future. Committee meets biannually.
