Your Guide to Our Gatherings

Our 2025 Convention, scheduled for Tacoma, WA, will welcome 70 to 100 attendees, with a 50/50 mix of association professionals and industry partners. Tacoma’s accessible location makes it ideal for members across the state and encourages associations to send support staff.

Beyond the Convention, WSAE offers key programs year-round: the Art of Association Management Workshop (25 participants focused on management skills), the Next Level Leadership Summit (15 executives exploring growth strategies), and Shop Talks (virtual sessions with 20 attendees discussing real-time challenges).

We appreciate your interest in presenting. Speaker selection will occur in December, and we look forward to reviewing your proposal. Thank you for helping us create meaningful learning experiences.
