Below is a description of an idea for a new venue in central Bristol, created by a 3rd year interior design student at UWE for their final project. Please have a read and then go to the next question to tell us your reactions to it

"The project repurposes and reimagines the Old Fire Station in central Bristol as a new kind of community space. It’s all about creating an alternative to fast food culture - a place where people can come together to connect, slow down and enjoy fresh, seasonal food grown and cooked right on site. It would have both indoor and outdoor spaces and would include a café, vertical farm, community kitchen, food market, and a range of workshops and events about sustainability, wellbeing, and making good food more accessible. The aim is to create interesting, inspiring spaces that are designed to feel open, fresh and light, yet at the same time warm, welcoming and grounded"
