MetroPlan Orlando is responsible for oversight of paratransit service in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties. (You can learn more about us at MetroPlanOrlando.org.)The purpose of this survey is to give you an opportunity to provide feedback on your most recent ACCESS LYNX experience.

We need comments from riders to see how well the system is serving the community's needs. Please answer the following questions based ONLY on your most recent trip using ACCESS LYNX. Your participation is voluntary. You can be assured that your responses will remain confidential and anonymous. We need responses by 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, 2020.

Results of this survey will be shared with the  Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020. Find out more about the TDLCB and about how to attend this meeting at our website.
