The purpose of this survey

There are currently 700,000 people in Australia that suffer from endometriosis.
QENDO is working to deliver a technology-based platform aimed at improving the lives of these people. The development of this platform supports the aims of the National Action Plan for Endometriosis, particularly enabling patients, families, partners and their carers to be empowered, well-informed, active decision-makers and participants in their own healthcare with streamlined access to a broad range of resources, including self-education and self-management tools.
This survey aims to understand how technology might be used to support those with endometriosis and their families. All responses will remain confidential and anonymous. By completing this survey you consent to allow your responses to be used for research purposes related to the development of a mobile app to assist with the management of endometriosis.
