1. Evaluation of Part B and Part C APR Dispute Resolution Summary Chapters

THIS EVALUATION SHOULD TAKE 5 MINUTES OR LESS: Each year, at OSEP's request, CADRE prepares summary chapters about the Part B and Part C SPP/APR dispute resolution indicators. The chapters (click here) are intended to help states consider how they might improve their systems, as well as to see how states have progressed on the indicators over time. Your completion of this evaluation will help CADRE improve the usefulness of future chapters to states. Thanks.
