La Crosse Housing and Community Development Survey

The City of La Crosse is currently preparing its five-year Consolidated Plan, as well as an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AI). This Consolidated Plan will assess affordable housing, community development needs, and market conditions and help City decision-makers make informed investment decisions using Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and other federal funding. The AI document will further underline patterns of race, poverty, City policy, and other limitations to equitable housing access.
