Rules & Regulations:
1) Nominations must be received by:
1st Quarter Deadline - April 30
2nd Quarter Deadline - July 30
3rd Quarter Deadline - September 30
4th Quarter Deadline - December 31.
2) Nominations must be submitted by someone other than the Nominee.
3) Nominations must be accompanied by a written narrative describing how the Nominee exceeds expectations of professionalism in real estate as described by the NAR Code of Ethics, Pathways to Professionalism, and Clark County’s Best Practices.
4) A qualifying Nominee will be a primary member of CCAR, have no violations of the Code of Ethics within the past 60 months, be current on association dues, and satisfied the NAR Code of Ethics Training Requirement for the previous cycle before the deadline.
5) All qualifying Nominees will be considered by a panel of the CCAR Professional Standards Committee (judges) and compared against the same checklist of criteria found on the nomination form. (Narratives may be verified by judges)
6) Names on nomination forms will be redacted prior to judging to ensure an unbiased decision.
7) CCAR retains the right to publish narratives of winners in newsletters, social media sites, and/or used for announcements at events or meetings.
8) Winners will be granted the title of “CCAR Leader in Professionalism”, awarded one quarter of paid RMLS dues and the rights to use the “CCAR Leader in Professionalism” logo on their personal marketing materials, in print, online, or other.
